He obtained his Diploma of Holistic Iridology in April of 2007 from The International Institute of Iridology in Waynesville, North Carolina, USA under the tutelage of Dr. David Pesek. Since that time, he has been practicing at Better Living and empowering his clients on their path to optimal health.
Nelia Amaral CNP, NNCP is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Live and Dry Blood Cell Microscopist. Nelia is a big believer that one is only as healthy as the health of their blood cells and helps people achieve healthy eating and lifestyle habits. She specializes in metabolic syndromes (diabetes and heart disease), hormonal balance and weight loss.
Camilla Singh is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner and Registered Massage Therapist. Dedicated to learning about pain and stress management, she also provides many other modalities including Cupping, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology. Camilla combines different modalities on per case basis depending if the cause of restriction and pain is of musculature or ligamentous nature or specifically to the joint itself.

I've been to over a dozen registered massage therapists and Camilla is by far the best RMT I've ever been to. I have chronic back pain, so no regular relaxation massage will help. Camilla does a great job treating the pain. Plus, she is a very sweet person and has a cozy office set up at the back of the Better Living store.

This used to be a "5" Had wonderful staff and I bought all my protein powders, supplements, etc there. Last visit I bought something for back pain after I was told I could return it to the store if I did not like it. When I actually tried to return it I was told I had to contact the supplier on my own. And the wonderful lady who used to work there was no longer employed there. Time for me to find another health food store in the neighborhood.
