Ensure your Policy Number is correct, particularly if you have multiple policies, so your payment is applied to the correct policy. Multiple policies can be paid in a single transaction by entering policy numbers without any special characters like & or /. Or, you can make a separate payment for each policy.
Our new app and portal puts your insurance at your fingertips, at any time! You will have convenient access on your computer, tablet or mobile phone, from your policy's effective date. Dumfries Connect is available to make your insurance experience as convenient as possible. Self-service options allow you to access routine information when needed or initiate changes or claims.
PAY NOW to make your annual or semi-annual payment or deposit on your monthly payment plan from your bank account. 0% for Property policies (policy number contains C, F, H or R) paid by monthly banking debit. 5% for Property policies (policy number contains C, F, H or R) paid by monthly credit card.

After over 40 years with our previous insurance company (and no claims), we decided to look for a new company as the feeling of being a valued customer went away rapidly when our previous insurer was bought out. Less and less driving due to COVID-19 and a pittance of a refund for 2 months, the rates just kept rising but we got emails about how valued we are. That added insult to injury! I am very blessed to have start off with Dumfries Mutual. I was referred by a family member to this insurance company 4 years ago. I immediately starting working with Colleen and have been with her since. I started off 21 years old with a brand new card and was grateful to have Colleen to support me through that process. Since then, I have added tenant insurance and am moving forward with my own home insurance all under the same agent. They dealt with my claim quickly and professionally, however after having to make my first and only claim last January they refused to renew my policy in October. So mine was a fair weather insurance experience I guess one could say.

I recently moved to Cambridge and I was so pleased with Agent Colleen May. She was so welcoming, warm, professional and saved me a lot of money! I was so impressed with Colleen's customer service and she assured me that she is available 7 days a week in the event of a claim or any other Insurance needs! I've been with this insurance company for years now and now I'm looking for a new company.
Labour day weekend I has my roof replaced. The roofer tore my shingles off and left my roof exposed for the weekend. So it rained heavily in my house. My house was soaked.
Naturally I call my insurance company. It took a month of back and forth. They really didn't care that my kids were sleeping on the couch because their beds were ruined. They didn't offer to get fans and dehumidifiers to dry our my house. My floors were soaked and yucky they didn't care. They didn't want to know if the rain seeped into

After a bad experience with one of the big name insurance providers during a no-fault claim, I switched my home and auto policies to Dumfries. My rate was slightly lower which was great, but the great service ended up being the best benefit of switching.
