At A. F. Sandy Forbes Insurance Broker you are provided with timely updates and re-evaluations of polices when circumstances in your life change. We work closely with three main (and local) Canadian-owned insurance companies to bring you great protection and coverage.
At A.F. Sandy Forbes, we believe that providing our customers with the best service possible is priority number one. If you suffer a loss during normal business hours, please contact our office and we will be happy to assist you. One of our brokers will explain the impact, if any of reporting a claim in your particular circumstance. We will advise you of the claims process and what to expect and then the claim will be reported to the insurance company on your behalf giving them all of the information they require to look after you.
This year we celebrate the milestone that A. F. Sandy Forbes Insurance in one form or another has been in business for 60 years! We can express it all in two simple words - Thank You! Our family business began in 1959 when Alexander 'Sandy' Forbes bought an existing business in the Preston section of Cambridge and so Forbes Insurance was 'born'!
Both our firm and my family have been clients of Forbes Insurance for over 30 years now and I cannot imagine dealing with anyone else for our commercial, home and vehicle insurance needs. For anyone who is struggling to find insurance like I was (high risk, g2, under 25) and is tired of calling place after place, this review is for you. For the past couple of years Sandy Forbes has found the cheapest insurance available and has kept me driving worry free.
Recently I had to change companies again due to them changing the policy. Yay. So I emailed Sandy Forbes general email and a lady named Sue K. replied. Forbes Insurance has always had the best customer service and bent over backwards to make sure I was set up with everything I needed. Always quick to respond to questions and help with anything I needed. Kathryn recently helped me with a problem I had and made all the calls and inquiries on my behalf and figured it out promptly. I have dealt with Forbes insurance for over 35 years. Kathryn and her staff are thorough, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Whether it was helping me with a claim a few years ago or placing new insurance, I am made to feel that, if I'm not their only client, I'm one their most important ones. I have been with Sandy Forbes Insurance for 15 years. I met there a group of very professional people, ready to help you when you are in need, showing you the best choices you have and giving you the best possible advice.
Whenever I needed them, they solved all the problems for me. I just sat on a chair while they talked to the insurance company, car rental company, managing everything on my behalf. I would recommend this broker to anybody!
