Services
At Inside Out we have two full time Chiropractors, each with a focus on family health care, but with distinct specialties as well. Our three highly trained assistants are ready to serve you in whatever manner necessary to make your visit with our clinic a pleasant one. We look forward to meeting you.
Once completed, your personal examination will begin. Please allow up to one hour for this visit. Once the doctor has had a chance to sit down and study your test results, he will have you back for your "Report of Findings, " during which you will receive a detailed description of your current health situation, as well as a thorough package of information specifically tailored for you.

I found this particular HEALTH facility well-adjourned in their own field.
Moreover they get straight to the point with plain easy to understand English, without great and psychological confusing terms. They show you EXACTLY what you need, and appreciate questions you may have, or difficulties you may face. Simply put, they are the people's people when it comes to health issues. Great experience, staff was very friendly and thorough. Doctor is very knowledgeable and relatable. Info package was an unexpected perk outlining my overall spinal health that come standard at this practice. If you live in or around Bolton and want to elevate your overall health, definitely give them a call. (New patient and I will update down the road)

What can I saw about Dr. Ryan and his team other than they are incredible. I suffered from headaches for months straight with no relief. I had been to every specialist and had every test with no definitive answers. Dr. Ryan looked at my x-rays and confidently said he could help, and he did. Within a few adjustments, for the first time in months the pain was gone. I wish I thought of seeing a chiropractor sooner.

After two weeks of treatment i was able to walk up and down stairs with minimal pain. This was a great relief and i progressed to walking out doors for 2 km. Progressing well and my aim is to walk 5 km pain free.

I have suffered from chronic headaches for quite some time, definitely affecting my quality of life. After a couple months of targeted treatment with Dr. Ryan, I am very pleased to say that my headaches have gone from 3-4 times a week to maybe 1-2 times a month. A big thanks to Dr. Ryan for listening to my concerns and addressing them, it really has made such a huge difference for me. My upper shoulder/neck tension has also diminished dramatically. I usually have to bring all my kids with me and Dr. Ryan is always so welcoming and kind to them. The receptionists are also super welcoming and helpful

In the summer of 2019 I tweaked my back and decided to go see Dr. Ryan. Not only did he help with my back issue, but he also found a problem with my neck related to years of sitting at work on a computer. Almost 2 years later and I can say without a doubt that Dr. Ryan's chiropractic care has made a huge improvement on my health and life. (Not to mention what he has done for my wife.) I would highly recommend a visit to Inside Out! Also, I have to give a shout out to all the staff – super friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasure visiting Inside Out.

Amazing! I have scoliosis (S-curve - it's severe) and have visited many chiropractors to attempt to correct it. None have attempted it and said it was not possible. Dr. Ryan was the first I have visited to say that he has experience correcting scoliosis and is confident he can work with me to hopefully do the same! He has assigned me many stretches that feel amazing to do and a few exercises that will help him help me.
Additionally the office staff are very friendly and Dr. Ryan is very efficient, knowledgeable, and excited to help!

Amazing! every time I walk into Inside-out Chiropractic I am always greeted with a warm welcome by all the staff, and I feel a positive energy throughout. Dr. Ryan is extremely caring and compassionate. You can tell he cares for his patients and wants the best for them. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of getting some adjustments done. 5/5 stars!

I have been going to Inside Out Family Chiropractic since October and I was able to feel significative improvements after 2 weeks. Dr Ryan, naturally combines is extensive knowledge and love for what is does, creating a great experience in every appointment. Also, all staff is very professional and friendly, when you walk in there, you feel like you're visiting family.
