Tried calling to set a board game aside for me to come grab, as I was busy before all day today before they closed, and the person hung up on me twice. The third time I called, I assume his wife picked up, blamed it on poor connection. Absolutely terrible customer service, it ain't a wonder these guys are going out of business. Rather spend the extra $10-20 somewhere else.

I am biased, but it is a good store with a wide variety of items. I know for a fact that the wages that the owner gives is actually really decent and pays higher than it probably should, so I'm not sure what Marie is speaking of there. And I also know the owner does allow a loot of people to exchange their items if its unused/broken/or if someone forgot a receipt, so again that's a shame that happened to you. But yea, they just changed things up with the shelving which is rather nice, theres a lot more room to walk around and it's not as crowded as it used to be which is really nice! Yea the prices

This is the worst place ever to shop or work. every time i have gone in to purchase an item the owner ,a man, gets very rude i feel he has some issues with certain groups of people... dont ever work there either as someone i know did and he ripped them off their wages and doesnt plan on paying..Workers Rights in Canada is being contacted and a very detailed complaint will be filed against him... oh and his prices are so high its not a good place to go at all for anything..

It was a amazing place to visit. although it used tot gifts and kitchen store but due to demands it has been turned into the biggest game store in calgary. the place isa bit crowded but they have treasure trove of chessw sets and backgammon sets. i have never seen a variety of games and puzzles. the staff was very friendly and knowledge. i have never seen a variety of chess and boards games. they even carry VERY FUNNY AND AMAZING GAME LIKE CARDS AGASINST HUMANITY. IT IS AN AMAZING STORE. WOULD BE RETURNING SOON TO PICK UP UP SOME GAMES
