Edit: I am editing this review in light of my second delivery. It was sent to the completely wrong address and because of the early closing time we were unable to get in contact with anyone to fix the issue. Now my father is going without a gift for Father’s Day.
I have shopped these baskets on many occasions and they are always well received. Sometimes they may not come with added extras such as most recently a Father’s Day basket I ordered with a balloon never came with the balloon, just a sticky note saying it needed one. They were a pleasure to work with! I saw a basket on their site a few weeks prior to ordering, when I went back to the site it was no longer listed. Lots of options and easy to use online shop. But I needed to change the basket I had ordered online after realizing that a chocolate basket for a diabetic might not be a good idea. I was finally able to get a hold of someone on the phone after three attempts but man was she in a bad mood! She was so rude that even though I was happy with the basket, I would not use them again.

Bumble Bee Baskets never disappoints. They are always responsive and can do last minute stuff... always thoughtful.
