Needed a new bow eye for my boat. The folks at Wolff didn’t have the exact one in stock but went out of their way to help me find an eye that would work. They also directed me to the supplier of the correct part so I could get it when it became available. Over the top service. Will be my go to place for the boat in the future.

I'm a new sailboat owner and need to do some upgrades on my boat but have had no luck here. Tried to buy a hot water heater but did not get any kind of positive input. The lady I talked to seemed like she didn't have a clue. Bought a new smart plug that was faulty and went back to see how I could deal with that. He told me to buy another one and he would send mine back to the repair shop. No service . Will never buy anything from them again.

This establishment has many parts, however, I think they took their floor layout plan from Napa Auto parts. Lots of parts in a small space and narrow aisles. If you are looking for something specific, as we were, its better to just ask the staff. They are fairly knowledgeable and experienced. At any rate, they know where everything is.

A hidden gem on Graybar Road. Now that West Marine has pulled up its stakes, there was only Steveston Marine to rely upon. Steveston Marine's downtown location is such an obscenity that I'd often go without needed parts for my boat rather than risk an emotional goring from the Steveston staff.
Stepping into Wolff Marine is like stepping into a Time Lord's Tardis filled with boating supplies.
Another bonus is that it is just a short walk from Shelter Island Marina.
