Kelvin Lewin purchased Select Service Caterers of Fine Foods Inc. in 2001 after working for the company for nearly two years. Select Service was established in 1986. Kelvin moved the commissary from the original location on Park Street in Kitchener to Cherry Blossom Road in Cambridge. The facilities are larger and much more suitable for catering and her grand ambitions.
