Services
The examination applies to new, existing and emergency patients. The exam includes the examination of all hard (teeth) and soft tissues of the mouth. The dentist will record all of the findings, diagnose and present an accurate treatment plan for each patient. X-rays are a focused beam of x-ray particles passed through bone which produce an image on special film, showing the structure through which it passed.
Janelle comes with over 15 years of successful dental experience. Working in both the administrative and clinical side of dentistry her wide array of knowledge is invaluable. She has an Associate of Arts degree and is CDA/Certified Dental Assistant. You can find Janelle greeting patients in the front office and assisting the clinical side of the practice when needed.
Using the latest technology not only allows us to be at the cutting edge of dentistry but is keeping with Dr. Niles' commitment to being Eco Friendly. It allows us to eliminate a huge amount of paper for charts and insurance claims, as well as the chemicals to process x-rays. Our new CariVu technology takes our diagnostic power to a whole new level!
Niles Family Dentistry has a passion for the environment here in Colorado, and is committed to preserving that beauty by becoming as Eco Friendly as possible. Dr. Niles is a member of the Eco Dentistry Association and is working on her certification. She supports a wellness lifestyle for herself and her patients and as such each step of the practice is being scrutinized for ways to make it more eco friendly.
Dr. Niles and her staff will do their best to make dental care an easy, relaxed process and they will listen carefully to your concerns while thoroughly assessing you dental health. Long term goals extend to building a relationship with you that lasts for years by recommending and delivering only the care you need.

Last couple of cleanings I have had were with Kim, she is fantastic and does a great job, very gentle and gives great suggestions. After my most recent routine cleaning Dr. Niles was able to determine that one of my fillings needed to be replaced. I was not happy about this. I generally do not like going to the dentist for anything other than cleanings. But as an adult I need to take care of my health so I scheduled an appointment for her to replace the filling. Going into it I was apprehensive but she assured me that I wasn't going to feel a thing. She was right. It was fast and painless. I highly

Loyal client - Niles has been my sole dental care provider for 5 years and although I currently live in Missouri, I come back every 6 months for my cleaning because of the exceptional service and atmosphere! Kim is my hygienist and she rocks. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great experience with a caring, fun staff. Plus, you get to visit the lovely, small town of Niwot before/after your appt! :)

I went to Dr. Niles on a recommendation and had my teeth cleaned and a bridge replaced with one of the support teeth restored. During all of that, which included needing a temporary bridge for a short time, everyone at Niles Family Dentistry that I came in contact with was professional and personable, and the work was done right.
Dr. Niles has created a place where excellent, professional service blends easily with a caring atmosphere such that customers and staff alike enjoy being there. That's quite an accomplishment for a dentist. ;-)
