This company really know what customer service is. After a mishap on my departing trip (I got on time to airport anyways) I was given a complimentary ride on our trip back when we returned from our vacations. Punctual, nice fleet, and very kind drivers. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Awful service. We booked a car ride home from the airport, several days before our flight. We arrived at the airport, called the number only to be told there were no cars and to go line up in the taxi queue. It was late and we were traveling with two kids, it was not pleasant. I would not recommend this company to anyone and we will not use them again.

Got ripped off by Car 66 on June 21 2021. I only had US dollars on me. Informed the driver ( a polite Indian chap ) of this, to which he replied we accept USD. This was done before getting into the taxi. On arrival driver requested $56. He said the US dollar was the same as the Canadian dollar. It was not and is not. Beware of this type of scam.

I took your service on 13th June from Doubletree Hilton to Ajax. First of all, i had booked an SUV for family of 3, the cab didn't have enough seating, had to make my daughter sit on lap.The driver was rude, forced me to pay cash, forced me to tip over and above wat I had already tipped. I had no patience to argue with him, but such behavior is unacceptable.

Booked an SUV to pick me up at 6 am. Driver shows up in a mini van.
When I questioned him why the wrong vehicle was sent he told me he didn't know why. I looked at his order screen and it was clearly written that an SUV was ordered. He then proceeded to charge me for the cost of an SUV instead of a van.
Wrong vehicle, wrong price, driver not very good at driving or telling lies. Also got email from company asking to rate their service and inquiring if I wanted a follow-up. Rated them, asked for follow up and heard nothing back from them.

Not impressed. I booked my car and let them know up front that I had dogs with me. They are in a kennel and didn't put a paw in the car, yet I am told mid-ride there is an extra fee. I called and asked why I wasn't told this upfront? The driver made a mistake, that it is listed in the website. Just like the mistake in my reservation that had me looking for the car listed and not the one provided. Or like why I had to ask the driver to please pull out from behind the truck doing 65km/h in the express lanes on the 401?

I arranged a ride with Aeroport to take my friend to Pearson. She is 5-months pregnant and travelling alone with a 2-year old and had quite a bit of luggage. I explained all of this when I called Aeroport, they had recommended a mini-van and had a car seat installed for the infant so they had a comfortable and safe ride. The driver showed up 15 minutes early and texted me to let me know he was here and not to rush as he knew he was early. He was very polite and helped my friend load all her (giant) bags in the van. The best part is when I returned home later that evening there in my mailbox was

Aeroport has contacted me to look into this matter and have been very diligent on following up on this. They have been very professional and concerned with my experience.
I appreciate their hard work on this; the company itself has done well to set this right.

I use Aeroport Taxi exclusively as my way to get to the airport. I am a regular customer with around 20 hour long trips a year with them. They are always on time, very polite, great drivers, and dispatch has been wonderful to me.
I most recently had my second trip in car 208 with Romy. He is a wonderful guy and has a gorgeous car. It feels like a luxury ride with him, featuring water, chargers for phones, hand lotion, magazines, and some good laughs. He mentioned he feels like his company is part of his family, and I'm happy to be a part of it. I will continue to use Aeroport Taxi and Limousine

Not sure if there has been a change in management, but this is not the right company to call.
Called today for an immediate ride. The said 15 minutes to 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I was still waiting.
I will never use this company again. I called several times while waiting and they always claimed that someone was 2 minutes away. Never again.
Thanks to UBER for providing an alternative. Avoid this company if you want to be on time.

These guys were outside of my hotel in Toronto so I decided to use them.
The driver, took me down to the CN Tower pretty fast due to the fact there was little traffic.
The driver, was pretty nice and explained the city to me along the way. He recommended I go to some walk along Lake Ontario, which I did, but it was pretty disappointing.
The ride itself was very expensive at $65. The company has a flat fare to go downtown, which can be good or bad depending on traffic. In this case, it was a negative.
Altogether, I had an average experience with this can company.

An excellent driver, punctual and helpful with our oversize luggage. Beautiful car, smooth drive in the rain, and got us right in front of the right entrance at the terminal.
Lose a star for the app, which did not work at all for booking the ride. Luckily, I double-checked to discovert that indeed the order had not gone through, but the lady on the phone was apologetic and booked it on the spot.
I will definitely use again, just not through the app!

I've used Aeroport in the past for when we've been heading to the airport for a flight and found them to be very prompt and professional. After finding many limo companies to be out of my budget for my wedding, I went to Aeroport to see what they could offer.
I booked online but their online system seems to have some bugs, so I called and booked on the phone. The man on the phone quoted me $150 for one way to Toronto in a vehicle large enough for 4 passengers and luggage, as we would have our dresses and other items to bring with us. I will say, the folks who answer the calls here are
