Moncton's premier taekwondo school providing high quality training and instruction for all ages. Jamie Delisle began Taekwondo at the age of 12. In 1993, due to a knee injury, he sought out new methods of training, using proper biomechanics & centre of gravity. This led to opening his first TKD School in 1994.
Our skillful masters are certified to teach the official World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) martial arts style. WTF is the official Olympic Taekwondo style that is recognized throughout the world and is one of the most popular styles taught in Canada. There are a total of ten testings from White to Black belt.
For the last 20 years, our after school program has used Taekwondo to develop and build a sense of confidence, discipline and self-esteem.
