Tulipe Noire Active Life
Tulipe Noire opened its doors in the Spring of 2005. From the very beginning, we have provided quality clothing and personalized service to thousands of women. We are known for being friendly, fun, open and caring, and for bringing our customers some of the trendiest, quality styles while keeping things fresh and interesting.

At first, Tulipe Noire was widely known as a yoga, fitness and lifestyle apparel boutique. As in life, things change and so did we. We recognized that fashion trends were changing and we needed to fulfill our "passion for fashion" in a different way. We wanted to help our customers shift from "yoga wear" to sophisticated, fabulous street wear without compromising comfort or care.
Services
At Tulipe Noire, we're always on the look out for new styles, cuts and fabrics while maintaining the top quality we're known for. Stay tuned for sales and new arrivals! Boy Smells is a Los Angeles company founded in 2016 by partners Matthew Herman & David Kien.

Their mission is to "to have products that were embracing masculine and feminine simultaneously in a simple and straightforward way that wasn't overtly targeted to one gender, ". "It's a permission to harness your power from wherever you want it."

At Tulipe Noire Clothing, we believe the clothing we wear is a form of artistic self expression just as a canvas painting is. We have displayed fashion on shelves and hangers for years, and now we are extending our business to include in house original art as well as a private home gallery above our store.

I gave them a 4 because this isn't a huge store so the selection is a BIT limited. BUT that said this is a terrific store! I love the range of clothing makes--including some nicely selected Eileen Fisher clothes--and some brands I wasn't familiar with. They also have nice leggings and my underwear --Hanky Panky. I brought an elderly friend in here recently and the saleswoman was lovely and really worked hard to help her find some clothes. They have gorgeous cashmere sweaters in nice styles and very different cashmere colors (not soft pinks and soft blues but greys and blacks etc). While she helped

One of my favorite stores in Victoria. High quality clothing is found here, and it can be expensive. They do have sales and carry some of my favorite mid priced lines.

I was given a Christmas gift from Tulipe Noir that was too small. When I was given the original receipt I read the return policy; exchange or credit within 7 days. I decided to go into the store in case of a… small chance I could exchange it for something else. To my surprise, I was told it was no problem AND the sales associate was super helpful. NO PROBLEM? Amazing! Not only does this store have tasteful, high quality garments, they are local too. Bravo!!!

Love, love, LOVE this store! Quality clothing in a variety of styles — for all ages! I dropped by the other day and found a wonderful blouse in my favourite colour (green!), plus a beautiful, sleeveless turquoise top! Great *customer service* as well! **) (Note: I posted this earlier, but, being technically-challenged at times, I *think* I posted it in the wrong section. :( My apologies if this ends up as a repeat!)

Thank-you for all your help in finding some lovely pieces, even though it was so close to closing on a Thanksgiving Sunday. Much appreciated :)
