The flexible Hide-Away LCD Table allows you to convert a computer lab into a general purpose classroom quickly and easily. The patented design works with an adjustable LCD arm. The monitor floats over a large student work area. The LCD adjusts horizontally and vertically for student comfort. An Active Learning environment is a flexible space that can be reconfigured for a wide variety of teaching methods.
The Hide-Away family of products have all been designed to help customers create flexible learning environments. These products are built around the patented Hide-Away LCD feature. Many learning facilities are faced with the challenge of incorporating "Computer Aided Design" into their drafting classrooms.
Although a locking front door is optional for this cabinet, most of our customers prefer the "open-access" concept. Equipment can be secured using a variety of methods that do NOT require distributing keys to all faculty members (security cables, custom face plates combined with security screws, etc.).
Optional Accessories: keyboard tray, caster kit, accessory bar, LCD monitor mount, 48 power bar, utility drawer, rack system, ganging bracket clips. Performance Plus LAN Station/Network furniture is a completely modular system that is as easy to configure as it is to install. The unique design allows every shelf to adjust in 1 increments.
PARALAX CANADA believes that all students and faculty should have easy access to all necessary tools required in the learning environment. Our goal is to ensure our student tables and lecterns improve the learning experience. Since the size of people and wheelchairs vary, table top heights are adjustable.
