Extremely pleased with both the hs40 unit and the customer service. We live in a rural location, on a well with a septic system. Have hard water but have lived with it because we did not want to use a traditional water softener that would put so much salt into our septic system and out into the ground, being harmful to our beautiful trees on the property. Very happy to have found this device. The ends of our taps used to be coated in green/white limescale buildup, but no more. We scraped it off and after months of use with the hs40 unit, nothing has re-appeared. The added bonus is that within a

Had a traditional water softener for years and hated the fact of bringing bags of salt downstairs. Found this device but was very very sceptical… So I went to HydroFlow in Burlington and went straight to the horses mouth for answers! Long story short, the device DOES work; dishes are cleaner, shower is cleaner, laundry is better and I even notice it breaks down the old calcium inside the pipes. Once in awhile you see very tiny pieces of white calcium come out.
