My husband and I have built multiple homes and have used may different window and door companies in the past.
I can confidently say that going forward with our builds there will only ever be one option when it comes to windows/doors.
We were blown away with the service, instal, lack of complexity and extreme professionalism that we encountered with anyone and everyone who was affiliated with Ridley. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Well....deplorable customer service install, product. Had 2 sliding doors installed 2 years ago. They leak, they freeze, they don't keep the cold out. Have had probably a dozen people come out to repair, nothing. They promised me new doors, nothing. A call back would be nice from Marlene or David. Well let's see, David PROMISES, he also blames his staff but doesnt call back himself. I want my money back and I never want to see or hear from this company again...they are theives.

If it was possible to rate the installers lower I would. A job that should have taken 3 days dragged on for months. A complete joke. It seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Windows hung out of plum with not enough fasteners, trim not properly installed, they didn't want to use the trim that came with the windows because they didn't have the right equipment with them to cut it. Endless excuses about why they couldn't do a proper job. I've never seen such poor workmanship from guys that were supposed to be professionals.

Just saw a black VW with the Ridley Windows sticker on the rear windshield intentionally SPEED UP to block the driver on the right lane trying to come into the left lane to avoid hitting a parked car. Right lane car could’ve easily merged in as he was ahead of everyone else. He was trying to cause an accident.
I know this isn’t a window installation review but personally I’d steer clear from people like this.

The true test of any company is the after sales service. I can say I’m very disappointed in Ridley and so will you. In the showroom they will promise you the world in ensuring you are happy and that any concerns will be addressed. Well, they will....for a price. We had wood windows installed and after a few years we noticed an unbelievable draft and outside noise coming through as if the windows were open.
We placed a warranty call and found out that there was $125 plus HST to have a service person attend and tell us that we are missing some “snubbers”. Ridley windows had the audacity to
