I was recommended to see Bruce by my local Cyclepath in Woodbridge. Just got the Torklift Ecohitch (hidden with 2” receiver) on my 2021 Toyota Sienna and Bruce was fantastic! The installation wasn’t easy as I wanted to ensure that the kick sensor feature would still work; Bruce worked his magic and he was able to relocate the sensor so that it still works. Extremely happy with his service and reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Really Really happy with the service and installation of my new trailer hitch. Price was extremely competitive and trust me I called around because getting an appointment in a treasonable timeframe was a challenge. I was a little tough to deal with due to drop off and pick up. It didn’t phase Safe Pull trailers and I really appreciate that. My new hitch looks great too!

Just had a hitch installed on my SUV and I can honestly say that Bruce did an outstanding job. He is very much focused on safety and ensures not to cut any corners when doing an install. Bruce bought a wrong hitch on my first appointment before Thanksgiving. He ordered the correct one immediately. He came in the shop on the Thanksgiving long weekend for (2) hours specifically for me to install the hitch. Bruce also gave me a significant discount to compensate for the error, which I did not ask. He did a great job and I was so impressed by his kindness and generosity. I did not buy the bike rack from him but he took his time to explain how to attach and secure the bikes and rack on the hitch. I installed my bike rack and made a great ride along the beautiful Welland Canal trail

Bruce is very professional! I installed a hitch from Uhaul before, the experience was quite negative. Bruce did a fantastic job in installing both the hitch and the wiring. The installation took less than an hour and with no wait. It was a great experience. Best of all, great prices! Highly recommended.

Highly recommended!!!! Unlike U-Haul, these guys had the parts in, and booked me in within a days notice and didn’t leave me hanging for 3 weeks, and leave me scrambling just days before a 2,000 kilometres move.
