Over the last two decades we have created value for our customers in the way we proactively manage their transportation challenges. In the fall of 2016, we opened our U.S. operation in Denver, CO. This has allowed us to effectively double the size of our company and we now run a large truckload operation for your U.S. intrastate and U.S. exports to Canadian markets.
Unique to many of our freight broker competition, we have a well-established warehousing and distribution center located in Oakville, ON. This dedicated operation enlists a small P&D fleet to serve the local requirements of our customers. We can also arrange distribution across Canada. Services
Handling our customers LTL and Truckload activity between Canada and the USA represents the lion's share of our overall activity. We know the ins and outs to keep your shipments moving on schedule, often a full day ahead of industry standards. We are a premium carrier in our approach to customer service and the proactive management of each shipment placed in our care.
Our operational hubs in Denver and Toronto effectively coordinate shipping requirements within the continental USA and between all of Canada's provinces. It's a growing area of our business and an added convenience for our customers throughout North America. We tend to specialize in dry goods but also provide equipment suited to temperature controlled, Hazmat and industrial commodities.
We have a Border Bound warehousing facility in Oakville, ON that serves the short and long term storage needs of our clients. We have our own dedicated fleet to effect local distribution and our partner network to distribute shipments throughout North America. We operate full WMS technology to manage our clients' inventory and operate a fully secured environment to ensure the protection of our clients' products.
Since opening our USA operations in Denver, cross border service has risen to the top of our service roster. Our operational hubs in Canada and the USA allows us to provide great domestic service on both sides of the border and our warehousing and distribution centre in Oakville, ON completes our service package.
Our customers continue to make us a better company by sharing their transportation challenges and allowing us to come up with the solutions. Our customers come from all types of industries. Some are manufactures, some distributors but all have specific transportation requirements and varying states and provinces to serve.

If i could of rate this company I would of rate it 0 stars. My driver was sitting at the delivery place since 10:00 am to get unload because the broker "Michael" said it is first come first serve from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. We called broker and told him my driver still haven't got unloaded and he said you will need to just wait there because we missed our appointment and we were not told of this before. Now he is making up rules that he can't pay us detention because we missed the appointment. That It has been more than 48 hours and he can't pay. My driver was out of there at night and we still have

On call he told me load can be delivered next day and receiver didn’t take it I call micheal 10times he said he will reach out to receiver every time and 11th time he said I am not aware of situation !

5 Stars ++++. Huge compliment to the broker I dealt with Michael Sholler. What true integrity this man has.
When booking a load, he made remarks, and promises that many brokers make in this business just to sell a load to you. Not with Michael, he stood true to his word from start to finish, and then when a hiccup accrued at the receivers, Michael was there to jump in, and make a phone call to receiver to resolve it on the spot.
32 years in this industry, people/brokers like Michael are very rare these days,
Kudos to Border Bound for having such a stand up employee as Michael Sholler .
