Jeffrey Gilbert has been involved in the food industry for over 25 years. From Jeff's apprenticeship to the present, he has worked as an executive chef in hotels, resorts and private clubs from Southeast Asia to the West Indies. Born and raised in Oakville, Jeff most recently spent the last 9 years working as the executive chef here in Oakville at a private club and now has decided to do something on his own.

Whether you require a simple sandwich lunch during a meeting or a hot/cold buffet, a restaurant style served meal in the boardroom, a cocktail reception or a staff barbecue we can customize a meal for your occasion. We will deliver on time and exceed your expectations. These menus are designed to be dropped off and do not require service.
If your busy work day doesn't allow you the time to prepare a well balanced home cooked and healthy meal we can cook your family favorite comfort foods in your kitchen or drop them off and all you have to do is reheat when you are ready. We can customize a weekly menu for your family based on their likes and dislikes as well as giving consideration to allergies and health issues.
