My mom and i where regulars at optic for over 10 years and they are the worst place no service or client appreciation they gave me frames that where too high up and then took my mom money and didn’t refund her after they sold the frames cause she past a month to pick them up where never going back we have been well received and treated very well at Ecco lunettes pointe Claire amazing prices and staff they need to close there doors and let Ecco take over cause clearly Managment and staff need to change

The optometrist gave me the wrong prescription after the exam, when I ordered new contact lenses with this apparent new prescription I couldn't see well, so I called the office and was greeted by a rude secretary, I just wanted information to see if maybe my eyes needed to adjust, she wouldn't let me speak to the optometrist...I'm taking my business elsewhere, terrible experience.
