Yaletown Wellness is excited to announce our new streamlined touchless payment system which allows you to pay in a contact-free way. If you wish to pay be debit card we'd be happy to help help you at the front reception desk upon arrival to the clinic. You'll need to provide a credit card number, expiration date, CVC number, and address associated with the credit card.
Yaletown Wellness is a registered ICBC provider and participates in the auto injury program. Clients who have been in an accident are automatically pre-approved for treatments within the first 12 weeks after the accident. We bill ICBC directly. If its been more than 12 weeks ICBC may require a doctor's referral notes but often treatment options are approved.
Yaletown Wellness is pleased to offer Direct Billing to selected insurance companies. Once you provide us with your extended benefits insurance information, we can submit your treatment costs for direct reimbursement, saving you time, and reducing your out of pocket expenses. With direct billing, your insurance provider will provide the exact amount that your benefits plan will pay and any amounts remaining you are responsible for.

I always love going to Yaletown Wellness to see Shawn for cupping & acupuncture. I am always impressed with how knowledgeable he is and always leave feeling SO much better from his treatments. I also go to Shawn as he always explains the reasons contributing to my back/neck discomfort and never rushes through his treatments with me. Highly recommend you see Shawn for any MSK related discomfort.

I've always been hesitant to try acupuncture. I booked in with Shawn and it has now become my favourite form of treatment (over RMT, chiro, physio). He does a great job at diagnosing and relieving my pain. He's also really good at explaining things and answering all my questions. He does cupping and massage too! I would highly recommend Shawn !

I would highly recommend this place. Shane works magic, I’ve been going to him for massage therapy for the past few weeks and his work has been really effective as I have highly fatigued body because of work and long standing hours!
He is very skilled at what he does, professional and really mindful of asking me about the pressure that I prefer and keeping me comfortable the entire time!
He is one of the best RMT therapists I’ve gone to in the past few years....
Also the reception staff are very helpful, welcoming with warm smiles every time I’ve been there!

I have been seeing Adam (Ahmadreza) for osteopathy treatments for over 2 years. He is the best and truly understands the body and holistic health system and what needs adjustment. I have recommended a few people to Adam and everyone gives the same amazing review of his osteopathy treatments.
Adam has helped me with work/desk strain, whiplash and post-concussion treatment after a car accident, and now is supporting my prenatal journey. All in all, I highly recommend working with Adam!

I have had chronic pain in my back and neck for a long time. I have tried everything ( Massage, acupuncture, physiotherapy and chiropractic, and more) and had no success. After saw a Facebook ad, I have been seeing Adam for about one month now for osteopathy. Finally, I've been feeling better. Today I had sudden neck pain from my last night's sleep. I went to see Adam. He fixed it within 30 min of the session. Amazing! I have also seen Angela for Acupuncture and Cupping. She is great! This clinic is clean. The staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place.
