We have been ordering garment/printing from Zenan (MarB) for years and the quality has always been excellent. However this year, there has been a phenomenal increase to their service. Vishal has been excellent with prompt communication and our order was completed and shipped faster than his already quick estimate. Can't say enough good things about Zenan Glass - very friendly and professional sales team, excellent prices, and above standard customer service. We worked with Zenan for our wedding favours - unfortunately our wedding was postponed due to COVID-19, but without us even asking, Zenan did not charge us for our (now incorrect date) glassware! This company has shown us true compassion and we will definitely be ordering our 'new' wedding favours from them again. Thank you so much to the Zenan team, 100% highly recommend.

This place is brutal. I ordered custom water bottles for my employees for Christmas gifts in 2010. Many of the bottles that came were defective. Not only have they refused to replace them, but they will not even return calls. Ivan, the owner of the company, will not return my calls.
All we asked for was for the defective bottles to be replaced, and they would not do anything.
If you need something made for your company, use a company like Plain and Simple instead.
