Amazing staff who are very patient and will go through many many frames with you to find you the perfect pair! It's a little bit harder to try on glasses with masks due to COVID and the extra cleaning procedures but they are very accommodating and professional! I have recommended all my friends who require specs to visit their store!

My husband and I have been loyal customers of optic creations for well over 10 years now. I truly cannot say enough about the excellent customer service we received every two years. They are extremely accommodating, kind, and overall are absolutely the best business ever! In the past, we had dealt with Sam, but since he has left, Chris is the new manager and he is stellar. Clearly, this is an extremely well run organization, and they truly aim to please. They have an outstanding collection of designer frames, and are able to meet any budget. We have never been disappointed with the exemplary service

After having a disastrous experience with a major eyeglasses retailer (Lenscrafters), I've turned to this optical for my new pair of glasses.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about eyewear, and you can tell they wanted to provide genuine service to find what suits your needs and preference, not trying to con you like the above mentioned major retailer. Fast, friendly and efficient customer service. I walked in with a broken pair of Maui Jim sunglasses that were not bought at this store. The clerk filled out a repair form, mailed them to Maui Jim for me, and I had them back less than a week later. I only paid $20 for shopping and handling.
A week after, they called to tell me they tracked down the nose pads I asked about for another set of Maui Jim glasses. I came in and they replaced them for me free of charge.
