A terrible experience. I came in for my first appt scheduled for 9am. I handed in my completed forms a few minutes after showing up. I was still not seen, or apologized to, by 9:25. Three other people who walked in after me were taken through and seen before me (the clinic opens at 9am). Appalling service, and super unprofessional, I especially liked when 2 staff stood at the front of the 200sqft reception and started talking about a bad date one had the night before. Waste of my time, don't waste your time or money.

After my accident, my chronic back pain got to the point where I was unable to function properly. My doctor prescribed pain pills, but I was scared of taking too many as I didn’t want to get addicted. The professionals at Divergent Health suggested I get shockwave therapy, and although I was hesitant at first, I’m glad I went ahead with it. Brand new man!!!! Straighter, probably taller and definitely feel better every day since I started treatment. I have had chronic neck and lower back pain from working construction, for many years. I have had the spinal decompression done on both my neck and back and could not be happier, the pain is completely gone. The shockwave is a must try if you have any sort of muscle pain. The doctors and staff are amazing and very accommodating.

I suffered from severe plantar fasciitis for 6 months, trying every treatment I would find. I was working at a physiotherapy clinic during this time and everyone there tried best to heal me-to no avail. After spending hours and hours of physio, laser therapy , chiro, massage and home remedies, I was at my wits end and in excruciating pain. I wasted so much time and money which resulted in no relief. Here is what I say about my shock treatments. I have had chronic back pain for over 40 years. Nothing has worked for me and I have tried many, many types of back treatments. Nothing worked. I was going to go for laser spine surgery. Divergent was going to be my last “try” before laser surgery. I went in with absolutely NO expectations.
