2 Stars only for the nice ambience. Food had no taste, customer service doesn't exist- Over 40 minutes before our order was taken, no one asked if we were ready to order or any appetizers to start; No one asked how the food was after we ate; the music was waaay too LOUD - we had to scream to hear each other over the dinner where everyone was seated and no one was dancing.
The pasta dishes that we ordered had no taste, I don't see how AUTHENTIC Italian culture is infused within the food AT ALL. I was expecting the pasta sauce to be at the least, home made. Over priced for the portion of servings

What do you think is a reasonable time to wait for your food. Last night was supposed to be an enjoyable get together of friends, but after arriving at 7:30
which was a booked reservation our meal was finally promised to us at 10 pm.
Our appetizers took an hour to be served and after asking the server about our meal we were told that the table behind us was ahead of us to be served.
Really !! what has that got to do with us , I've never heard anything like that before.
Well someone came out from the back I assume it was the manager, he offered us a free meal but really do you think that two
