I simply needed documents notarized on two occasions but both experiences could not have gone more smoothly. From the very friendly ladies who I first encountered to Brian who handled the paperwork service was prompt and professional. Both visits were on short notice and this did not present any problem though the staff could have objected. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

We have been dealing with Karen in regards to closing our new house for just over a year. After closing dates getting pushed and pushed, Karen has ALWAYS been on top of the ball. She always emailed with updates or inquiries. We've never once felt "worried" or "forgotten" about.
Thank you VERY much Karen, and Kayla!!!

My wife and I recently sold our house and purchased our new home with a family member and it was not an easy transaction but our lawyer got us through. It was not only difficult because of the addtional party but mostly because our home was purchased by a developer who made things even more complicated. Without going into too much detail, I would just want to say that our Lawyer Gavin Leitch was exceptional along with Karen, our clerk. At each step of the process they were informative, very responsive and knowledgable about our options. It was honestly one of the most sressful things to go through
