Our Kitchen Renovation was implemented from start to finish seamlessly by Dales expertise. The entire team is friendly, organized, helpful, punctual and patient. They created the picture I had in my mind and matched the stain to furniture I own. I am sure it wasn’t an easy task. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and with our choice of kitchen designers and contractors.

My wife and i wanted to do a bathroom renovation. So we did some shopping around and looked into Dales for a bathroom vanity and countertop. We booked an appointment to do some measurements for the estimate and Dale never showed up. I ended up calling to find out an eta and they were oblivious to the appointment. Once the measurements were completed we waited 6 weeks for the estimate. We called and inquired and finally after numerous inquiries we received the estimate. We asked when the vanity could be completed and we told we are going to Florida for 2 weeks and we would not be able to have it

I will start by saying that I don't generally write bad reviews for places, especially local ones, but this was a horrible experience. Initially we called Dale Kitchen and Bath to give us an estimate for a shower that needed replacing in our 5 year old house. They were very responsive and we had Dale come out the same day. He was very thorough and assured us that he wasn't going to try to sell us more than we need which we appreciated being a young family. He said it would be 1-2 days for an estimate. That was 16 days ago. We just received the estimate today after my husband and I both called over
