I had the pleasure of working with Jenny Lam, Senior Sales Designer from Paris Kitchens a few weeks ago. We had a busy afternoon ahead of us and Jenny was extremely well prepared, organized and focused. She answered all our questions and if there was a design dilemma she always had an alternative suggestion. Towards the end of our meeting we mentioned a built in bookcase just in passing. Jenny immediately came up with a design that will certainly enhance the office. I will certainly get in touch with Jenny again.

We used Paris Kitchens for the design of all the cabinets for our new home as they were the vendor for our builder. We worked with Jenny and the experience was terrific! Jenny was knowledgeable, friendly and made great suggestions to guide us in our selections. Drawings were done quickly and Jenny was very responsive to our requests and questions. Would highly recommend Paris Kitchens.

We recently had a kitchen made by Paris Kitchen. The quality of the delivered products were terrible. They should be embarrassed by the delivered product. Chips, wrong sized doors, drawers that don't slide smoothly, uneven cabinets etc. They moved on from the job with parts of the kitchen not finished. They want a premium price for their work but do not provide a premium product. They are not recommended.

Very poor quality. Their MDF kitchen cabinets wore prematurely, the attached pictures were taken after we lived in our new house less than six months. They look like they are 10-12 years old!
We had them come in to review and they told us this was normal wear and tear, that we really should avoid touching the paint at all to prevent this from happening. Their repair guy even had the nerve to show us how to grab the door and drawer handles, using the tip of two fingers and making sure not to touch the actual door. In a kitchen! That is simply not acceptable.

This is our third time using Paris Kitchens for our new home kitchen installations. Each time was a brand new kitchen...2 new homes and one total renovation after 20 years. And to be honest, the second kitchen after 20 years still worked and looked like new. We just wanted an updated look.
