I've seen Caitlin 3-4 times in the past year and always have a great experience. She is so knowledgable and careful with my sensitive skin. All of her product recommendations have been helpful to my specific needs and I always feel welcomed in her space.
As a budget-conscious person, the price range of services and products is reasonable and allows me to visit a few times a year :)

First time @ OptaDerm. Amazing experience. Noticed the difference right away. The staff helped me with some acne i've been getting due to mask usage and it was unbelievable how soon it started to heal. Also, the staff recommends products based on your skin type but doesn't hackle you over and over to buy them like other places might do.

I’ve been using Optaderm services and products since 2016. I love the range of products I use to augment Richard’s skincare wizardry. During my current self isolation, instead of picking up products at the storefront, I ordered them online. My order arrived in a few days with a gift of a 120ml bottle of 70% alcohol hand spray tucked in. This is so thoughtful! but not surprising from this wonderful group of caring professionals. Check them out (online, for now) and you will not be disappointed.
