Services
Your event will include our famous big pink BBQ on-site with BBQ Chef and adequate Buffet Staff that stay on site for your entire meal service. We serve Buffet Style and the buffet starts off with a beautiful floral arangement and is manned at all times to ensure cleanliness and to monitor that all dishes are full until the end of service.
All beef dogs made with our garlic and cracked pepper recipe grilled fresh on site and served buffet style with freshly baked jumbo hot dog buns. Our custom made AAA lean Alberta ground sirloin burgers are grilled fresh on site and served buffet style with freshly baked jumbo sesame seed buns.
All of our prices include the BBQ Rig coming out on site, BBQ Chef and all staff required, paper plates, plastic cutlery, napkins, chafing dishes, ice tubs, etc. There are no hidden costs (be sure to check this when getting quotes as this can be a big surprise cost at the end of the day!) The only thing you need to add when looking at our pricing is the GST and the 15% gratuity.

Had dinner last night at a wedding. No competition, that was the best meal I have ever had at a wedding and I would say in my top 5 of all time favourite meals! The pork steaks were Flintstone size, smoked to perfections, and so tender. The sides were just as fantastic! My family and I enjoyed every bite! Wonderful food!!!
