Give this place a miss until they can hire some better staff. I spent 4+ hours for some foils and a haircut. My 18 yr old stylist had never cut short hair on a woman. I went to a salon not a school, and it cost $171.+ she had to ask for help at every step of the haircut, and of course the only girl who seemed to know anything had to keep leaving her client to assist my stylist. I was embarrassed for her, but also holding back my own tears. I had to stop at another salon where a wonderful woman took pity on me and evened out my haircut. Whoever owns this shop should know better. These girls are

Got my hair done with my Bridal party for my wedding. Very expensive, wasn't what I was hoping for. Got home and not even 2 hours later my hair was flat (I had it curled) and I had a giant rats nest. My bridesmaids had to do my hair 40 minutes before walking down the aisle for me. Major complaint is how much is cost for something that didn't last which was a concern I raised to the staff before they started.

Absolutely love Redemption Salon! I've had not only my hair done, but my two girls hair done and they were amazing. They did exactly what we wanted, were incredibly friendly, and offered great advice on how to achieve our desired looks. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend them 💜

Riley was awesome! She followed my idea and went with it. I just love my new cut. I will definitely be back to have her do my hair again.

I can't say more good things about these girls! I saw Sheryl and she did amazing with my hair! I originally wasn't happy with what I got, so I sent them an email and they fixed it free of charge and I LOVE IT! I am extremely impressed with their customer service and the dye job I had done. Just ok but I have never returned ‍ I guess that says something. I wasn't happy with my layers, which didn't look as soft as I was hoping. The hair dresser seemed confident but we may have just had different styles. I also found their price list a bit higher than I expected. I would be open to trying again if this changed, but I have definitely found better hair cuts and don't mind leaving mission for a good cut

Went here after moving to Abbotsford. Good colour but did not style, or even dry my hair. Sat in my car and tried to dry myself. Very expensive for no style or even to dry. $187.00.
