If your teeth, gums or oral health are causing problems for you, restorative dental care will put you back on the right track and make your mouth feel normal again.
Composite fillings and bonding are safe, affordable, look great and can be completed in just one appointment. Before we begin, we will take the time to carefully numb your gums so we can gently freeze the area. People often feel anxious about this step. Freezing will numb your teeth and teeth nerves, as well as your gums and surrounding skin to avoid feeling unnecessary pain during the procedure.
Dental bonding uses composite resin - the same material used for composite fillings - to shape a tooth. Teeth that are chipped, cracked or broken can be 'built up' with composite resin in a process called Bonded Restoration. This repair will restore the tooth to like-new condition and will last a long time with routine care.

I come here as a regular patient and have never been disappointed. They're very professional and make you feel at ease. I had an emergency situation I called them on a Friday and they fit me in the very next day. They were very kind and explained everything to me and I left feeling better. From the secretarys to the hygienist to the dentist it is the best place and I highly recommend them. They are absolutely amazing. Dr Chiang and his team saved me from a very uncomfortable situation.
They took me in right away I was experiencing the worst pain in my life from a wisdom tooth.
I had a phobia from dentistry work from a bad experience somewhere else, but all of that was relieved with Dr Chiang and staff they made me feel very comfortable I felt zero pain. They prescribed me pain medication after the operation and I feel zero pain.
I am so grateful to have this doctor in my corner for the present and future.

I have been a patient at Parkside for several years and have always had wonderful experiences. Today I went in for a scheduled cleaning and was with a technician I didn’t know. Sometimes change can be a little nerve wracking for some. I can’t recall her name but when I say she was absolutely wonderful I really mean it. Making sure I was comfortable while explaining everything along the way she showed the highest level of professionalism during the procedure. Parkside is the absolute best and if I could add 10 STARS I’d do it in a heartbeat.

Our family has been with Dr. Wong-Parkside Dental for over 35 years since first moving into Newmarket. We have always been very happy with the service we received, we no longer live in Newmarket but came into town for our dental service because we trust & feel very comfortable with him & his staff. It's been almost 40 years since Dr. Ray Wong became my family's dentist. As my children have grown to adults they too agree, there is no other dentist in all of Canada and the U.S. that is better than him. I highly recommend Parkside Dental Care. Also, the staff is caring, friendly and extremely competent.

I attended Parkside Dental for a regular cleaning - the first since March of 2020. I was impressed with the precautions taken to protect staff and patients from COVID.
The experience was pleasant and pain-free. At the end Dr. Chiang popped in to look over my mouth. He noticed one of my fillings had loosened (something I had suspected a couple of months ago, but I had said nothing about it) and also saw a chip on one of my teeth. Since I have had two teeth "explode" in my mouth without warning (fairly painful), staying on top of things like chips is very important in my case. Great eyes, Doc.
