But they already have soooo many vases! Just send the flowers, no vase included. Expertly crafted in a spiral design ready to re-cut and pop into any vase. Standard is 12 roses, Deluxe is 18 roses, and Premium is 24 roses. Each price point will include filler flower such as babies breath. Many colors as well as mixed colors are available; if you have a color preference please list it at check out or the color selection will be designer's choice.

Beautiful, fresh flowers, every time. Friendly, helpful staff. This is the #1 florist in Kelowna, in my opinion.

Found this local flower shop to deliver flowers to a friend. Accessible online order system for delivery, flowers came on the day I asked for, nice selection of flowers online. Only negative thing I will say is that the product I purchased (in my opinion) lacked the fullness and freshness of the arrangement I expected. I paid around $89 for the arrangement below. Beautiful flowers but priced on the high end for what my friend received.

Ordered a couple things online for a gift. The whole process was easy and straight forward. Product was delivered on time as promised. 1 item was missing, they not only made a return trip but threw in an extra item free of charge for the mix up. Fantastic customer service, very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend and will be using Burnett’s again. Great job!!

Absolutely Amazing! I cannot begin to describe the wonderful service received. I am located in Calgary, and twice in October I had to send gift basket/flowers to family in Kelowna. Both time, the gift basket and flowers were absolutely beautiful. My family's apartment is a little tricky to figure out, and they did such a great job reading my detailed information on just how to get the delivery to them. So impressed. I have attached a picture of the beautiful flowers received. I would tell anyone to go with Burnett's rather than Bloomex, or any of the other big website. Shop Local, Get Local, Support

I was visiting Kelowna in order to organize my mom's funeral and chose Burnett's for the floral arrangements. I went to the store in person and spent at least a half hour going through various designs. Thanks to their recommendations, we came up with two beautiful arrangements that reflected my mom's personality and preference for the colour pink. On the day of the funeral I received compliments from other family members about the floral arrangements. Not something you typically notice at a funeral. I took home one of the arrangements and most of the flowers are still alive

Maybe my expectations were too high but when you spend $200 for an arrangement (for a 50th wedding anniversary) before delivery and tax, I actually expect an arrangement - not just flowers put into a vase. I also asked if I could get a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered so that I could okay it - which I didn't receive. I do not recommend this florist. I wish I could post a photo in this review.
