Terrible service. We were just there (May 8) and stood at the counter with an orchid, ready to pay for it and were totally ignored. After standing there for ten minutes we left, leaving the orchid on the counter. I guess they didn't want our 60 bucks. Then the owner responds with some excuse, that they were busy and if I had politely spoken to them and so on they might have helped me. And somehow my one star was changed to four stars. Anyway, it was all for the best. We got nicer orchids from Freshco at half the price.

Super impressed with the professionalism at Vernon flower shop. My Mom retired this
month and I wanted to get her a bouquet of flowers. Now I live in Calgary and was a bit hesitant to order flowers without seeing it in person but they come though. They did up a super original and gorgeous bouquet up for her! My mom LOVED them so much! Thank you for being part of my mom’s retirement! You guys rock and would suggest anyone in the area to support your local flower shop!

I had ordered flowers online (from a different company) the day before my Bff's 40th birthday only to find out the next morning that my order had been cancelled, no explanation why. After an hour or so of… googling vernon flower shops, I came across Vernon Flower Shop, and man I'm glad I did!! I talked to Vivian, told her what I wanted and had no doubt they would deliver an incredible arrangement for my friend, and incredible it was (they sent me a picture of the finished piece). As a first time customer I was super pleased with the fantastic service. As soon as I entered I was helped. I needed a super simple flower for a my last day at work and the lady at the counter pretty much read my mind. The flower had so much pop and awesomeness. Great central location. I ordered a $289.95 arrangement for my brother's celebration of life. We were REALLY disappointed with both the service and quality of the flowers delivered. The person who took my order messed up the pick up time which meant they had not even started the arrangement when I went to pick it up at 9:00 am. They did manage to deliver flowers to the venue in time for 11:00 am but, it was a mess. Petals were dropping and it most certainly did not look professional.
