I was referred to Martino Brothers Collision by my insurance company years ago. Since then I changed many insurance companies , but remained loyal to Martino Brothers. Every time there is a damage on my car I know there is nothing to worry, because my car is in the good hands. Jack and his team are amazing. Highly professional, honest, friendly and always deliver the best performance in a very timely manner. It is always a pleasure to visit the shop and get treated like VIP. And that's how Martino team treats their costumers.

In December 2020, we had a minor car accident that resulted in us requiring service from an autobody shop. Specifically, dented exterior and paint scratching. Our car has a matte paint finish that only a select few auto shops could do. We received the name of auto shops that were qualified from our insurance company and went about our research. The reviews for Martinos were relatively good and after speaking with the owner who guaranteed us that they were the best qualified for the job, we agreed on price and a time frame (4 days).

These people are untrustworthy charlatans, Quoted 1500 and then increased it to 1580 the next day. Payed for vacuum and cleaning of interior and was poorly done. Had to go back to the shop twice to get the right fender and bumper fixed, they just sanded and repainted the fender, they clear coated a unfinished repair to said fender, i was quoted for a full repair job. The bumper was decent but needed to be smoothed out near the edges as the paint was warping. I paid in cash and didn't go through insurance. Avoid as much as possible.

I as several others on this page was sent here by my insurance company (State Farm). I had already taken my vehicle to my dealership for an estimate. They quoted minor body work and paint work, said 6 days to complete and quoted $4600. I advised my insurance company of this but they pushed for me to go to Martino Bros.
They told me both passenger doors had to replaced and then paintwork completed. They said it would take 7 days. I took a rental vehicle and given that I have a$1000 deductible opted to have their insurance at a cost of $12 per day.
It was 3 weeks before I got the vehicle back.The

Two positive experiences. First was a repair of paint scrape on my SUV. The quote was on the spot and below the dealer quote. The work was done to specifications and to the cost committed to, and it was done on time. Second instance they fixed a light for $20 and it was done fast. Great service and results. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I had a rather minor damage on my BMW rear bumper and my insurance sent me to Martino Bros. @ 3379 Dundas St. in Toronto. Initially Martino Bros. recommended to remove the bumper, do a partial paint job and put the ORIGINAL bumper back on ... so far so good .... THEN Martino Bros. told me once the original bumper comes off it cannot be put back on the car b/c of way it's designed ( the truth is Martino Bros. BROKE the 4 clips on the sides)
