Out of the three places I spoke to who said they did safety certification, I’m certain these guys were the only ones who actually did what I was looking for. Got a ministry safety check and their price was by far the best. They were so great to take me so quickly based on the info I have the person at the desk, she was so knowledgeable and quick to be able to tell me how fast it could be done. The other places all wanted me to leave my car all day. Would absolutely go again and recommend to everyone. Thank you!

How did I find Best Deals Auto?
Shut down on the 401 west on Tuesday Sept 23 at 530 PM. Luckily, Best Deals Auto was the nearest shop nearby for me to tow the vehicle too.
I arrived at 645 PM just before closing at 7 PM. The gentlemen Rick & Ali were highly professional and were able to get my car into the garage and run a diagnosis and immediately found the alternator and battery at fault.
By the next day 9 AM the parts were already ordered. By 2:30 PM the parts were fully installed and the 2016 Subaru WRX was once again running perfectly.
Very impressed by the quick turnaround time and responsiveness

I was referred to this service by a coworker and boy did they not disappoint. I am temporary residing in canada and needed to do safety inspections on both my vehicles which are registered in NY. This has been my go to place for any work I need done to my car. I moved from Vancouver and was supposed to get a safety certificate for my car for Ontario registration. I google searched mechanics and found best auto with good reviews and thought that I should give it a try. I met Ricky the owner who was friendly and knowledgeable. It took about 30 minutes for the car inspection and I was quiet impressed with the speed of service and that too at a most competitive price. Called ahead of time in order to get in for a safety inspection and luckily they had the availability for me to come in within the next 1/2 hour to an hour. Quite convenient.
Got there to reception and provided the vehicle info and my set of keys and was advised of 45minutes tops that I would receive a call back of I decided not to wait there.
Inspection was done sooner than expected and I got the call promptly to come back.
I would give the full 5 if they had mentioned the additional fee of $10 added to my purchase that wasn't outlined from the very beginning as I had advised it

A very simple and polite request was made for Anita (the manager) to change a display picture which she blatantly copied from our ad and used as her title picture for her ad offering the same service. Naturally this started causing our customers immediate confusion. So we informed her that we have had the same picture on our ad over the last few years and to please use any of the other hundreds of free pictures on the internet instead. At first she agreed. After I confronted them and caught the mechanic red handed they refused to to certify saying that there was something wrong with the tire rods. Just got the car back from canadian tire and it passed with flying colours. The mechanic at CT even told me that the car was very well maintained. Also for legal reasons I must say that all of this is alleged ... if there are any lawyers out there please let me know if I have a
