Dr. Shugg graduated with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Toronto in 2015.
Prior, he achieved his Master's degree in Bone Physiology at the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Shugg is originally from Niagara Falls, Ontario. Dr. Shugg is passionate about his family, cooking, reading and exercise. He is married to Cassia and is a proud father to three. His favourite sport is hockey but truly enjoys all sports.

Teeth that are badly stained, shaped or crooked may be improved by a veneer placed on the surface of the affected teeth. Veneers are thin pieces of porcelain or plastic cemented over the front of your teeth to change their color or shape. Sealants are liquid coatings that harden on the chewing surfaces of teeth and are showing a great deal of effectiveness in preventing cavities-even on teeth where decay has begun.

Some cases of acute periodontal (gum) disease that do not respond to more conventional treatment and self-care such as flossing may require a special kind of cleaning called scaling and root planing. The procedure begins with administration of a local anesthetic to reduce any discomfort. Root canals are tiny passageways that branch off from beneath the top of the tooth, coursing their way vertically downward, until they reach the tip of the root.

AMAZING SERVICE - was recommended by my boyfriends mom to have my wisdom teeth removed after not going to a dentist for 10+ years. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr Shugg and his team for helping me. I have a tremendous fear of dentists from past experiences but I had a problem with a tooth and they looked after me right away. I told them
