As our Pharmacy Technician, Tiago is a true joy to have around and he makes it a pleasure to come to work every single day. His passion for his work is apparent after your first interaction. As soon as you walk into the Pharmacy, he will call out your first name, last name, prescribing doctor and the medication you are due for.

This is probably one of the best pharmacies I have used due to the personal treatment and first-name basis. It's a small, family owned pharmacy, and they make sure to get to know all their customers. Prescriptions are always ready for pick up, and they even helped a family member with her trillium application. Very knowledgeable and very through with explaining how to take all medications. They always take their time and answer questions. Their open hours are great as well. Although they don't have the hours of Shoppers Drug Mart, they are open 7 days a week at convenient times. If you

They actually care! It's a pleasure working with them - whether going into the store, or over the phone - you're greeted with a smile and amazing customer service. Whether for a product or a prescription refill, you'll get exactly what you need - and if you have a question, they're very knowledgeable.

Been there a couple of times. Next door, Key Food hardly has any over-the-counter pharmeceuticals or "health and beauty," but no problem getting them at Parkdale. Small store, but very well stocked. Avoids the lines at CVS and crowds at Walmart; I haven't compared to see how much is the premium on prices for the convenience. So far, two-out-of-two employees were very nice when I needed help.

It's not a huge chain, and it's not a pretty, stylish boutique pharmacy. But it's a totally clean, serviceable local pharmacy. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. There are some things like hair dye and nail polish...but the shelves are bare bones. I stick to fulfilling prescriptions and picking up band-aid like items.
