As our client, you have access to our preferred mortgage consultants, lawyers, staging and home inspection consultants. We've formed trusted partnerships with these professionals and have recommended them to many of our buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Need a lender, lawyer, inspector or staging consultant?
To regulate the industry, the Toronto Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) mandates that realtors require you, the home buyer, to sign a Buyer Representation Agreement at the earliest possible time. This is a binding legal document that signifies the realtor will work exclusively on your behalf and use his or her best efforts to engage in activities to find you a property.

Mike Clarke is the best agent around. We lived in our Beach home for 27 years and during that time I took notice of all the real estate agents in the area.
