Bruce did an absolutely amazing job, not only obtaining my mortgage, but at a fantastic rate. My portfolio was somewhat complicated to say the least, but his gentle guidance, perseverance and confidence provided great results in the end. As someone who works at a bank I needed a mortgage broker who could help me find the best rate for the house I wanted. Bruce was very professional and took the time to walk me through the process of buying my first home and really went to bat for me when push came to shove to give me the best rate possible!
