Yesterday was my first visit to a dentist in a few years. Ours retired and we didn't get a new one. I was pleased with how thorough my new patient examination was - lots of x-rays and measuring gum loss at each tooth. Found out that brushing my teeth with my electric toothbrush "to aggressively" i.e. like with a manual brush has contributed to serious gum loss for 2 teeth and I need to see a specialist. So surprised! Nobody has told me that before and I haven't read or heard anything about it. I have always tried to take good care brushing my teeth 2 - 3 times a day. Thank goodness I know now and

I have extreme anxiety and felt so nervous before my appointment, but when I got there I was greeted by a lovely and familiar face. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. They followed all Covid-19 procedures.
The hygienist was very soft spoken, very kind and understanding about my fears. She engaged in conversation to help me feel more relaxed.
Dr. Roger Lu, was absolutely amazing. He was very kind, joked around and he made my experience wonderful. Walked me through every detail before the procedure and kept checking in on me during the procedure. Very compassionate and showed great empathy
