Rooms are big for the price, I don't expect a fridge of this size and a microwave in the room. This is much better than sharing the microwave in the lobby.
With desk and chair, I can enjoy the take away bought from Pembroke Mall nearby.
The air conditioner maybe a bit noisy for some people but that is normal for this type of air conditioner. I would say it is a plus to have a standalone air conditioner in the room.

It was like I arrived in a crack house. After getting the room key, she pointed to a white door to access the motel. The door never locks so full access to the public. It didn’t matter, as once you open it there’s no way you want to enter. The hallway is littered with discarded construction material and garbage.
The room itself was clean and the tv worked. The bed was … ok but the pillows were tiny (maybe 18” lol) and not comfortable. The window to the back yard was unlocked and moldy. The bathroom shower head was operating at around 0.005 gallons/minute - like a watering can. The decor

You absolutely cannot beat this hotel for the price! Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and courteous, and the public spaces are comfortable and well maintained. It has a water view from both the outside areas as well as the lot-facing rooms on both the 1st and 2nd floor. Free breakfast lasts for several hours, unlike most places which set it up and put it away before most guests even wake up. Have stayed here twice already and will definitely be back!

This hotel should be closed down. The parking lot alone makes it look derelict and it goes downhill from there. The carpets in the hallways are disgustingly stained. The rooms have zero appeal and polyester bedspreads and a thin blanket and no heat. Mouldy grout around the bathtub and a toilet flush that wakes everyone up (not that anyone else was actually staying here). I booked through the Choice Hotel App of which I am a member and expected better quality control on their hotels.
