I work with you to help you understand your patterns of thinking, feeling and reacting, that may be holding you back from achieving balance and reaching your personal and relationship goals. My Therapeutic Approaches are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, and Insight Oriented Therapy.

Therapy will include the review of effective coping strategies to help you achieve personal and emotional resilience.

To facilitate the desired changes, we create a therapeutic plan suited to your unique needs.
