Let me start out by saying ...the work by the technicians was flawless ... just not at all what I was hoping for.... consultation at front of house was not done correctly nor dealt with properly when I was not happy with it ..I am 100 pounds and I look very young for my age so people take advantage of me on a regular..especially toxic masculine men ...Anyways front of house does not believe in customer is always right and argued with me until he was blue in the face and ready to knock me out !The technician was the only one that said how do we fix this ? Let's figure this out ...let's

I was charged over $200 to have my rims damage in their storage and the guy was trying to convince me that my car (a Model X 2 years old) was the possible cause of the problem. Check the pictures and tell how… the hell that would be possible. I was not offer any discount and there was no intention on their side to repair the damage. Never took my car to any other place. Most interesting part is the sarcasm and how all employees look at you with a smile on the face almost call you idiot. I was expecting at least a little bit of respect as a customer. Really bad move guys. Hope people star

Overall a great job but following up on customer concerns/questions does not seem to concern them. I brought in my Model 3 for some PPF. I indicated on the phone and in person that there was a small dent/scratch that need to be repaired and painted (I even brought in the Tesla branded touch up paint kit) before the PPF was applied. The dent was… repaired beautifully but they forgot the touch up paint so now the scratch is sealed beneath the PPF. As well, when I phoned near the end of the day to see if the car was ready for pickup the person I had been dealing with said it need to be washed

I was recommended by two people to Goldwing...I have a brand new SUV that I decided to put the sealant on the front hood and bumper area. Although the work done was good...I was very disappointed in the service. I asked if they washed the car first and they said yes...but only to find out they only washed the area that was being treated. Totally disappointed...Then they tried to sell me a 16 dollar spray for sealant...This is my mind should have been free. I just spent 700 dollars to have this done...I work in the customer service field myself and I would have expected this type of service
