This is by far the best shop in Orleans. My family and I have been taking our cars here for years (Honda, Infiniti, Audi, Acura, Ford, GMC) and we've never been disappointed! They're the only one's I trust to work on my car as they truly care about their clients. Highly recommend.

Dropped the vehicle off so the could mount my winter tires on the OEM rims and mount the summer tires on my after market rims. They were done in no time. Very polite and friendly. I'd use them again.

I have recently dealt with TiresPlus for both of our vehicles. They have proven to be a great value and excellent service. Winter and summer tires. The tire prices were great and the shop is very convenient. One of the best in Orleans (if not Ottawa). Highly recommended.

I once had good service here, the reason I am giving it a three is they promised me an alignment later and they never completed it every time I went over. Three times I went over to get some other work done. And I was actually ignored for quite a while. I don't believe giving a one or two stars as things do happen in life but I found another mechanic that I'm glad with. I'm sorry for them that they have lost me as they have given me very good prices and discounts often

One thing i like about tire plus is that it feels like I'm being dealt with in a fair manner. I've even gone to get air in my tires at last minute before a trip and they helped me without having an appointment and without cost. Things like that keep me as a customer.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE. They will milk every cent out of you and not even work on the car. They instead break more stuff instead of fixing. I already have a complaint with the ministry. This garage shouldn't be in operation at all.

Poor service! We purchased four new winter tire. We were told it would only take one hour, instead the service to install the four new tire was three hours. When we picked up the car we found black grease everywhere, on the seats, steering wheel, transmission shift, brake level, floor mat, interior door handle, exterior door handle. We have a tan coloured interior. The manager said the black grease would come off with soap and water, he used a dirty rag to clean it up and smeared the grease further into the seats! None of the grease was removed and the manager said we would have to come back another

I just had a basic tire fix done as I had a screw in my tire for my truck. I went to this place as it was small and wanted to give the little guy a try and not go to crappy tire where I figured I would have to wait half a day to get this done. Overall the service was fast, friendly and reasonable.
