Seaman and Sons Builders was founded in 1954 by Allen Seaman a lifetime Southampton, Ontario resident. Mr. Seaman was a carpenter and cabinet maker schooled in the famous Southampton furniture business. With a growing family of two sons and a daughter, Allen built many of the fine homes and cottages that make Southampton famous throughout Ontario as the place to work, live, vacation and retire.
Derek Seaman and all his trades made the whole new home building process a great experience and a lot of fun. He listened to my ideas, offered excellent advice and completed the project on time with no surprises on the budget.
He did an excellent job of accurately estimating the costs associated with our project such that at the end the total amount was essentially the same as what was originally predicted except for a few changes we made along the way.I work in the housing industry so I have quite a bit of experience working with contractors.
