Never in my life have I felt so heard and RESPECTED as a client rather than just another number. Most "free" consults run for 10 mins with a ton of product shoved in your face at the end. None of that happened at my consult, I had time to talk & ask as many questions as I needed to without feeling "pushed out the door". The products that I currently use were thoroughly inspected & I was educated as to what good & bad repercussions they were doing to my skin (and I only use expensive products, so that's saying a lot!)

I have had a great experience dealing with Dr. Lourens and her staff at the Age Management Institute. I’m very grateful for how much Dr. Lourens has helped me out. In all honesty, she helped me get my life back on track. I was suffering from an extreme hormone imbalance and was feeling very fatigued and ill. Most days I could barely get out of bed. I was moody and experienced headaches a lot. I was also experiencing bouts of severe depression and anxiety. I couldn’t even sleep properly. It was hard to function and maintain a normal life.

I recently saw Trina for some skin treatments. First of all I was very impressed with the precautions they are taking during the Covid-19 pandemic, I felt very cared for and safe. Secondly Trina was absolutely amazing at telling me exactly what to expect and what she was doing and why. I feel like she really took her time to ensure my comfort and to make sure I got the results I was expecting. My skin looks and feels great, I look forward to visiting the clinic and Trina again!

My mother referred me to age management institute as she has been going there for years and has nothing but good things to say about them. I have a little bit of scaring on my face and have tried a few light chemical peels and so far I am really enjoying the results. I will definitely be back for more treatments! This clinic is for all ages as you are never to young to take care of your skin! Everyone there is very nice and caring and they are always happy to see their customers!
