We offer Yoga, Mat Pilates, Bootcamp, and Personal Training in a country and spa-like setting. With over 40 acres of land we have the ability to train and hold classes in the beautiful outdoors. Outdoor activity is a safe way to stay physically and mentally healthy amid the ongoing pandemic. Your health, well-being, and safety are our top priorities!

We limit our class size to 6 participants and ensure your space is clearly marked out. We have the ability to open our doors to allow fresh air to flow through the building and have enhanced our cleaning procedures in-between classes.
Services
COOP is a niche fitness studio located on over 40 acres of farm land just outside Komoka Ontario. Our doors opened in late September of 2019. We offer Yoga, Mat Pilates, Bootcamp and Personal Training in a country and spa-like setting. Our facility is very inviting and private, allowing individuals the ability to be exclusive for their own needs.
Charlene is the Owner/Operator of COOP. She is also a mother of 4 active boys that have always been involved in sports at various different levels of competitiveness. Charlene has developed and maintained a high degree of personal interest in physical fitness and commitment. She was very active in her own personal fitness and had exposure to personal trainers on a personal basis over the past 20 years.
Yoga strengthens more than just the muscles in the body. It is a complete mind-body workout where it combines strengthening and stretching poses while focusing on deep breathing, meditation, and relaxation. I have been an instructor at the COOP since July 2020, teaching Mat Pilates and Vinyasa Yoga. Charlene is a pleasure to work for and goes above and beyond creating a welcoming, safe, relaxing, and peaceful space. Being able to workout in a small facility with wonderful people, while surrounded by nature, horses, and candlelight, is such a blessing. Charlene works to create a community that whole heartedly encompasses health and well-being and I love being a member.

I can’t say enough good things about the COOP. I’ve participated in both the Pilates and the Bootcamp for a two year period and there is a reason I keep coming back for more.
Charlene’s welcoming, energetic, creative and motivating personality makes classes not only a ton of fun but a great workout. She provides necessary modifications for a variety of fitness levels and is very attune to your personal fitness goals. Hands down the best yoga and Pilates classes in London area. Finding your peace and serenity is a given. Yoga and Pilates classes whether outside by the lake or inside the studio, both spots offer amazing views of the property. This place is amazing, where can you find a place to workout surrounded by acres of beautiful scenery…nowhere I’ve ever been before. Charlene is awesome, she is always changing up the workouts so you never get bored and she is super friendly and accommodating to everyone’s abilities.

Looking for a personal trainer? I was too until I found the COOP and Charlene! I have never felt so invited before with just one session, I was comfortable and felt like a part of the COOP community right from the start. Not often do you find a gem. The question always is do you keep it a secret or do you share? I felt like Charlene and her team were too amazing not to let other people know. I have never worked out in a place that can work your body and feed your soul (in an idyllic country setting) at the same time. This gym is truly boutique and new and spotless. Charlene is a perfect personal trainer for me. I am 47 and need to move without injuring anything. She listens and adapts based on what you need. Her team is incredible offering yoga and pilates classes of maximum 4 -5 people depending on restrictions

I am in love with the COOP in Komoka Ontario! For anyone who is looking for a warm and welcoming fitness environment in the most picturesque atmosphere, the COOP is for you! From Yoga to Pilates to Boot Camps and personal training, there is something for everyone. I would highly recommend trying a class to see just what they have to offer. Prices are beyond reasonable and the studio set-up both inside and outside is beyond words. A must see for anyone looking to unwind, get fit and enjoy working out in an absolutely beautiful setting.
