As a first-time home owner looking for condos for sale, Slavens made the hunt quick and simple! My fiancé and I were nervous since we didn't know exactly what we were looking for. Luckily, Lauren, our real estate agent, provided us with a bunch of options that were within our budget. We were recently selling our home and were looking for a Rosedale real estate agent to help us out. A friend of mine suggested that i call Slavens b/c he had used them to sell his house last fall and found them to be professional and helpful. Excellent real estate agents in Toronto. This office sold my property, they walked us trough the process. They recommended all services such as stagging, house and carpet cleaning, painter; we did that small investment but it made a difference when putting the house on the market. House was sold in 21 days.
