100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Performed "service" twice on the A/C at the home we purchased in London before the closing date. A/C was still non-functional at move-in. Company was unreachable by phone, e-mail, web-form and FaceBook Messenger. Please note the phone number on their FaceBook page does not belong to them. We found a reputable company who… fixed the A/C within 24 hours. Representative of this company finally responded 3 days later and threatened to bill me for his time if I pursued compensation for having to use a different provider to make the repair.
