Daydreams Childcare Center is a family owned business located in Bedford West, Nova Scotia. We provide a quality program for children ages 8 months to 5 years to families in Bedford, Hammonds Plains, Halifax and surrounding areas. We have two locations, located side by side, in the Atlantic Acres Business Park.
In the two locations we are able to accomodate up to 152 families. We believe that the quality of our program is the result of our exceptional group of teachers and their commitment to meeting the needs of our families. As directors and owners of both centers, we believe in having a "hands on" approach with our staff and families.

Services
This money will be held against your child's first month and will be returned if parents give 1 months notice that they no longer need the space. 2 weeks before your child is scheduled to start at the center call to arrange 2 visits for you and your child. Please note that there is a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee for each child enrolled at Daydreams Childcare Center.
Daydreams Childcare Center accommodates children ages 8 months - 5 years. Children are grouped by age and move to the different classrooms as they grow. Children are seen as confident, active learners whose learning, growth and development are deeply influenced by the quality of their relationships with people and their interactions with places and things.
A: Upon contacting the center, a staff member will take your information and your child will be placed on our waitinig list. Being placed on our waiting list does not ensure a spot, but does place families in order of priority.
Your space can only be considerd "confirmed" when a registration fee and form has been accepted by Daydreams Childcare Center; this payment holds the space and is non-refundable unless 30 days notice has been given that you no longer require the space.A visit will be set up if the possibility of a space exists.

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to all of the amazing childcare providers at daydreams. You have shaped our little Lucy into an amazing young lady who has cherished every moment at your centre, and Esther has gone from a shy, quiet pandemic baby, to an outgoing, happy little goofball.
We are so sad to be leaving daydreams and so grateful for our time with all of the teachers our girls have had along the way. ❤

The worst experience in my life and thank god not for my 4,5 years old son because he is young and he won’t remember anything (hopefully). For them the kids are money and that’s it . If your kid is not an angel and apparently not from Canada I guess.... they will kick him/her from the daycare ,and the reason????? I will tell you . Not enough… resources. Summer camp means 2 teachers with 25-30 kids . So the one teacher can not give time to your kid because the other teacher has to take care of the rest 24-29!!!!! So get out of my daycare . That’s what Daydreams’s day
